" If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. As a first time home buyer, Elise made this huge milestone for us, so incredibly easy on us. She was beyond patient, extremely responsive and hands-on, and went to bat for us when addressing concerns and working through negotiations. My husband and I were given a 3 month notice from our Landlord that they were not willing to renew our lease so we had a tight timeline. On top of that, we were brand new to the process so felt really unprepared and uneducated in a lot of areas. We met with another Realtor before signing with Elise and quickly realized that the other agent didn’t have our best interest in mind. We went with our gut and turned to Elise, who was recommended to us with high praise from several of our friends in the Southern NH area. During the time we were looking to buy, inventory was low and most of the houses in our budget and the areas we were looking at needed a lot of work.
