As a first time home buyer, Elise made this huge milestone for us, so incredibly easy on us. She was beyond patient, extremely responsive and hands-on, and went to bat for us when addressing concerns and working through negotiations. My husband and I were given a 3 month notice from our Landlord that they were not willing to renew our lease so we had a tight timeline. On top of that, we were brand new to the process so felt really unprepared and uneducated in a lot of areas. We met with another Realtor before signing with Elise and quickly realized that the other agent didn’t have our best interest in mind. We went with our gut and turned to Elise, who was recommended to us with high praise from several of our friends in the Southern NH area. During the time we were looking to buy, inventory was low and most of the houses in our budget and the areas we were looking at needed a lot of work. Elise listened to all of our needs, was up front and transparent the entire time, and she was extremely patient during the entire process and even scheduled out several showings for us so that we could make the most out of the short timeframe we had. She was truly looking out for us during the entire process and we knew we were in good hands. Elise went above and beyond at every house she showed us and helped us navigate which home projects were achievable, average costs, and which homes had the best chance for sweat equity. She helped us find the perfect house and even got us some money back toward our closing! I highly recommend her! Thank you so much Elise!
Elise helped us buy our first home in 2019.
She was knowledgeable, patient and stayed in constant communication throughout the deal. She provided referrals for a lender, title company and inspector. The hardest part was picking the right home. With Elise's guidance we landed on a 3 bedroom ranch that needed some cosmetic upgrades. She not only helped us through the buying process but she helped us look out for our future by making sure we were getting into something affordable with plenty of room for future profit. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy!
